❤️Cafe in Dalat....❤️

Recently I had an opportunity to visit Dalat and enjoy nature, the food and of cause the drizzly rain and the lovely smells that come with it...

Went for a walk around the lake and arrived at the cafe just before the heavier rain set in...

I ordered yoghurt with mixed fruit which came with hot tea which I enjoyed as I observered the rain, cool air and passing traffic...

The waiter was so polite and genuine...

I could tell immediately he was fully present, and very enthusiastic about SERVING HIS CUSTOMER...

What I loved about him is that he used 100% of his accessable communication skills to serve me...

Body Language = 55%
Tonality = 38%
Words = 7%

He used his body very well in how he stood, how he passed me the menu, how he delivered my order and how he bowed with respect when he spoke...

His tonality was confident yet his voice very gentle and I could feel the respect in his voice...

His words could have been better in the way of translation but that's not a problem because the first 93% of his communication won my heart...

He went over and above in the way he served me throughout my visit to this coffee shop...
