Our Subconscious Mind has many prime directives or jobs and functions, if you like, that it does as part of its existence....

We are running 90% of our life from our Subconscious Mind so its imperative that we understand how it works and functions....

When we are aware of the rules of the game its so much easier to hit many more winning home runs in our life...

One of those functions of the Subconscious Mind that I would like to share with you today is this one:

When I first heard this I wasn't fully aware of the consequences of this prime directive and how it has been impacting my life both positively and negatively...

Everything we think and say about ourselves and even more importantly about OTHER PEOPLE, it will take those comments personally and apply it to ourselves...

For example, I look out into the world and I see a man who is smartly dressed and I will say, he looks sharp and professional - my Subconscious will apply the same to me, I'm sharp and professional...

That lady is very kind - I'm very kind....
My boss is a great boss - I'm a great boss...
My team are hard workers - I'm a hard worker....
