When Communicating, Connection Is Everything…

Last week I was on a video call to a business partner in England…

When I make long distance calls from my office in Vietnam I like to use What’s Apps video conferencing facility as it is a great platform and super convenient…

But there was a problem…

We were excitedly discussing our project and as I was speaking I hear a beep, beep, beep, noticed no feedback on the other end, I looked down at the phone screen and noticed a still pic instead of video…

We got disconnected…

All of a sudden the phone started ringing again, ring, ring, ring…

I cleared the screen and answered the call, great we are connected again…

Now throughout the call this day we must have been disconnected at least half a dozen times…

When we are communicating on the phone and get disconnected its very obvious as the call goes quiet and the person on the other end disappears…
