This is The Wrong Business For Me, It’s Just Not Working. Mr Thuan, has his own interior design business, fitting out all the interior of newly acquired apartments and villas. The business has been in operation for just over 2 years. The challenge was that it just wasn’t going well.

Mr Thuan was doing a lot of sales calls, talking to individuals and companies but he just could not seem to win enough business to make it worth while and be able to support his family and lifestyle.

This is The Wrong Business For Me, It’s Just Not Working.

After long consideration he decided he was in the wrong business and was looking to sell and move on.

Mr Thuan decided that he would become a coach and trainer as he could see there was always a need to train managers and staff to perform at higher, more productive levels.

He maintained his business while up for sale and while he started his training education.

It took Mr Thuan 6 months to complete 3 separate international training’s:

• Leadership Communication Training (6 days)
• Coaching Certification (8 days)
• Train The Trainer (20 days)
