Target Achieved, What’s Next

The Big Day is Over, What’s Next….

After enjoying our wonderful Christmas 🎄food, drink and festivities our bodies just maybe feeling a little sluggish today as they labour to process all the high calorie food and drink…

It’s normal our energy could be low as almost all our energy has been re-directed to the digestive system to do a massive job today, so take it easy…

It reminds me of how I feel or see others after they have achieved a BIG goal…

There has been this constant effort and hard work towards achieving their goal and then all of a sudden the goal is achieved and it feels like this big void or emptiness has appeared…

It’s a normal process after the completion of a big event or achieved target…

So how do we break through and keep moving forward whether its leaving the Christmas diner table or the completing of a goal?…

Listen up…

Focus on your next target…

Nature abhors a vacuum so we need to replace the last big event with another target or activity…

I remember years ago when a friend had just completed writing a book and after this big achievement he started to feel depressed because he went from such an intense, high, heavy work load to almost standing still…

Don’t get me wrong, it’s wonderful and necessary to stop and celebrate our achievements…

I highly recommend we do this…

Understand this…

Stopping too long could have an adverse reaction and be counter productive…

We need to keep moving even if it’s at a slower pace…

The real reward in achieving our goals is who we become while we are on the journey towards our goal…

The JOURNEY and the BECOMING is where all the MAGIC happens…

Here’s the deal…

Find another journey, who can you become, keep moving forward…

Set a target and start becoming the person you need to be on the journey towards achieving your new target…🎄

Love
