Talking it out creates energy & motivation…

Denis is a country manager for an international company working in the garment / textile industry…

Denis arrived for his fortnightly coaching visit on time as usual…

Denis was frustrated, angry, stressed, low energy, demotivated due to some recent events at work and some other challenges in his side businesses, investments…

After 90 minutes of brainstorming, discussing the challenges, creating a list of solutions Denis was able to come up with 7 solutions to implement immediately to keep him on track and keep his businesses moving forward….

It was a great sight to see him leave the office once again happy, motivated, energised with a positive bounce in his step…

Understand this…

Talking it out creates energy and motivation with new focus for the business executives & manager to return to the front line and continue to create positive forward motion in their business and or career endeavours…

Finding some new pathways to think (instead of our old habitual pathways) will create new and different results…

It’s the new pathways of thinking that will create different results and change our outcomes and how we feel…

Denis can’t have this conversation with his work colleagues, mates or wife as they are all different types of relationships that are good in some areas of conversation but not in others…

Denis is looking for more of an objective view with NO bias that could influence his decision and escalate the challenges…

Here’s the deal…

Talking it out is awesome to create renewed energy and motivation and the next important point is to choose a third party (person) who has a neutral position in your outcomes other than, YOU make the best decision for YOU…

Mentors and Coaches fulfil this role perfectly…

I find it liberating when talking to my business coach when I get stuck in my own challenges…

The clarity sets me free with new energy and motivation to keep running towards my goals…

Talk it out…

Love
