Our mindset is the driving force behind the results we are getting in any and all areas of our life…

We have a mindset about all the different areas of our life…

If we are happy with our results there is no need to change our mindset…

On the other hand if we want to increase or change our results our mindset is a great place to start…

Our mindset is made up of…

⁃ Values & beliefs…

⁃ Childhood conditioning…

⁃ Life experiences…

⁃ Our culture…

⁃ Environment…

⁃ Memories…

We learned them in our early life and had them confirmed and strengthened as we got older…

How do we develop our mindset muscle to change our results?…

Well…

When we want to build or change our physical body we go to the gym. regularly, possible daily to get the results…

Right?…

It’s the same with our mindset…

We need to regularly, daily work on expanding it to get the new results we are looking for…

How do we do that?

Ah…Good question Holmes…

We need to upgrade our values, beliefs and other aspects around the specific mindset we want to change…

Because they will determine the specific action we take on a regular basis…

One of the best ways, fastest ways, is by modelling a person who already has the results we are looking for…

If they have the results we want it presupposes they have the matching mindset that help create the results…

For example:

We want to create our ideal body, lose 10 kilos, tone up, increase our energy levels and maintain it on a long term basis…

Find that person who has already demonstrated the results you want…

Then…

⁃ Learn about their values and beliefs on this subject…

⁃ Uncover their strategy…

⁃ Observe how they use their physiology, their body…

Go deep into all the specifics because it’s the small things that can make the BIG difference…

When we can glean all the specifics of their healthy mindset, install it in ourselves (change to match) and start to apply it, we too will be in possession of the same results…

Expanding our mindset muscle is a daily activity that never ceases…

Like going to the gym regularly to get the body we want…

When we stop working out we stop getting the results…

Our mindset muscle works exactly the same way…

We continue to upgrade and refine our mindset to ensure continual results and growth…
