Meditation for Beginners
People often mention to me how they would like to meditate but they can’t do it, it’s too hard…
Yes, it is hard when we begin to meditate or do something that we have never done before…
It’s normal…
Meditation is also activating our immaterial, spiritual side of our being which we may not be so familiar with yet…
Here we go…
Meditation for Beginners:
⁃ Sit comfortably cross legged or in a high back chair…
⁃ Sit tall, close your eyes and start to breathe consciously in and out through your nose…
⁃ Notice how your body is feeling, take a deep breath and relax your whole body now…
⁃ Become aware of your thoughts, your thinking, observe your thoughts, just watch them…
⁃ Continue to breathe in and out of your nose, watch your thoughts, allowing your body to relax and your mind to slow down…
Now you are meditating…

Now… just practice, practice, practice…
Keep it simple and do this practice for 5 min a day and you will be well on your way to enjoying the meditative state that will empower your life…
