Interpersonal Challenges With Employees, Their Managers And Coworkers...

One of the key complaints and or concerns in corporate life is interpersonal relationship challenges....

Let's face it, maintaining and building positive win/win relationships can be very tough at the best of times and without proper tools almost impossible...

When we take on a new position or role in a company we don't have the luxury of choosing who we work with...

The team is already set up and it's up to us to be able to fit in, work with other team members, enjoy the experience, and achieve our targets and get the desired results....

Hmmmm.....

Easier said than done, right?...

How we communicate is paramount to our success in any position we occupy in the workplace...

If we are not aware of the different modes of how we communicate, how can we ever create win/win communication with those in the work place...

When I ask people about how we communicate, more then often they say its through our words, which is a great answer, because it is....

Guess what....

When they say its only our words, they leave 93% of their communication on the table and up to chance....
