Insanity Behaviour

Insanity is doing the same thing day after day and expecting a different result…

Yes it’s sound logical and intellectually we get it, yet practically we sometimes miss the mark…

When I was 110 kilos a few years ago I actually started to exercise, believe it or not…

I would go for a walk for at least an hour a day…

I did lose a few kilos and then it stopped, the weight loss stopped…

I continued to walk but my weight remained the same…

I kept walking, with no weight loss, and I was getting frustrated why I wasn’t losing weight…

Insanity – doing the same thing and expecting a different result…

While I’m getting results it’s wonderful…

When the results slow down or stop, it’s time to review my actions…

When we are focusing on the Micro we can afford to make many changes to keep results coming…

When looking at the Macro we tend to be more patient before we make changes in direction or strategy…

Listen up…

When your in the details, Micro, and results have stopped, do something different…

I started practicing hot yoga and the weight loss started happening again…

Understand this…

Chase the results in the Micro by adjusting you actions to keep those. results showing up…

Be more patient in your Macro long term view…
