What’s the solution to reducing the size of our problems or for that matter making them disappear altogether?…
It’s really much more simple than we think…
If we had to measure our problems on a scale of 1–10…
1 means it’s no problem at all and 10 means it’s a huge problem…
Now can you think back to a time where you had a number 10 problem in the past and now it is a number 1?…

I’ve got one…
I can remember years ago I was super shy and I could hardly look at someone in the eye, and to public speak was a number 10 problem for me…
Now I consider public speaking a number 1 which is no problem at all…
So my question to you is, what changed?…
How did my big public speaking problem become no problem at all?…
Now we need another scale regarding my capability…
Let’s use the same scale, number 1 I’m not capable at all and number 10 I’m super capable…
Stay with me, we are almost there…
When I had the public speaking problem it was a number 10 and my capabilities at the time was only a 1 or 2, so in my world that’s a big problem…
Now…
My capabilities in public speaking is a 10 and the problem has disappeared to a 1…
It’s no problem at all…
Listen up…
To reduce our problems we have to become more capable and the problem will diminish or completely disappear…
That’s great news…
So, to handle all the problems in my life or even bigger problems, I increase my capabilities…
That’s really great news, give yourself a big pat on the back…

The solution to solving our problems is to increase our knowledge and capabilities…
When I think about public speaking now it’s so not a concern at all…
That challenge for me disappeared…
Here’s the deal…
The more capable we become in a certain area the less problems we will have and the more we can handle and enjoy it…
This leads to helping more people getting what they want and you getting what you want…
It’s the principle of reciprocity…
Grow your capabilities so your monster problems become baby problems…
When we look back we will wonder how it was ever a problem…
