How To Attain Your Goal Faster Using Logical Levels. Last month we completed another NLP Master Practitioner and Coaching Certification. For those who wish to step up in their career, skill themselves up, becoming more effective in Leadership & managing their team, or evolving their own Coaching Practice, you need to attend this workshop.

During this training, we discovered the Logical Levels, created by Robert Dilts. The logical levels are 6 major levels of our being & environment, if you like, that will skyrocket our goals, when we take them through this process.

The 6 Logical Levels are:

  • Purpose
  • Identity
  • Values & Beliefs
  • Skills & Capabilities
  • Behavior
  • Environment

The reason many people are not achieving their goals, or they are taking too long to achieve them is because there is a misalignment in the logical levels in reference to their goal.

Allow me to share an example with you.

How To Attain Your Goal Faster Using Logical Levels

Imagine, someone has a goal to earn $10,000.00 USD per month.

On the ENVIRONMENTAL level, they have their own business/position as the vehicle to achieve this goal…

On a BEHAVIORAL level, they are working long hours, working hard. Sometimes things work, other times they don’t and they just can’t seem to get ahead, feel frustrated and annoyed…

On a SKILLS & CAPABILITIES level, they think they have enough skills, they just need to work harder, and it's not necessary to skill themselves up…

On a VALUES & BELIEF level, they have a belief (programmed from childhood) that money is bad, rich people are no good, being poor and humble is better…

CONFLICT ON THIS LEVEL:

Now we can see a misalignment on the logical levels with this goal. It doesn’t matter how hard this person works because our beliefs are the driver of our behaviors and results. With a belief like this, the person will keep sabotaging their success to make sure their…
