How Our Words Are Creating Our Reality And Life Experience

I was sitting down waiting to be served by the teller when I noticed my ears were listening to 2 young ladies having a conversation about work...

One was complaining to the other that the marketing department should have printed the document in 2 Different languages for convenience....

Now when you hear that statement its very normal and possibly true to make that comment that the marketing department should have done it differently, its a normal way to respond...

We Talk like this a good part of the day while working...

It's a normal response...

Yes, it's a normal and common response and there in lies the problem...

Listen up big time...

"The words we speak are NOT describing our reality and experience they are creating it"...

Please, read that last sentence again...

When we blame the marketing department we immediately put ourselves at EFFECT (I'm not responsible) and give all our power to the marketing department...

I'm not the CAUSE of the problem, so I don't need to fix the problem....

By speaking words at the level of EFFECT I'm creating an experience, feelings, emotions and behavior for myself...
