I received an email just the other day and as soon as I laid eyes on it, I could immediately feel the emotions of the person who wrote it...
The words used in the email were pleasant, nothing wrong with them...
The tone of the overall email sent a different message and I could feel that the author of the email was less then happy and motivated...
It's a mixture of what is said, how it's said, as well as what is not said that transmits someone's emotion in the written word...
The physical, mental, emotional and spiritual state we are in at the time of writing will be transmitted no matter how hard we try to sugar coat it...

My coach showed me a way how to be congruent in state and the written word at the same time and convey the message you want to deliver and I'm going to suggest that this is the very first thing you do before you punch out your next email or text...
