Habits Run Our Lives

We are defined by our habits…

Whatever habits we have on a regular basis will define who we are and the results we get…

Are we regularly…

⁃ Exercising / not exercising…

⁃ Eating junk food / healthy food…

⁃ Reading / not reading…

⁃ Studying/ not studying…

⁃ Investing in our relationships or not…

⁃ Raising our standards or not…

All our habits whether they are deemed to be good or bad are producing specific results in our life which give us our outcomes…

I read a statistic last night that people who attend training courses, low & high cost training, only 5% do anything with it…

Human nature doesn’t like to get uncomfortable…

We need to get uncomfortable to change…

Our desire to change and have a better life needs to be greater than been uncomfortable…

Listen up…

The gateway to change is creating new habits…

We already have habits in our life now, correct?

Even though some of our habits are not good we do them regularly…

Stop. Understand this…

Once we develop a habit, good or bad it’s so easy to do…

Habits drop into our subconscious mind and run on auto pilot and we do them with an element of ease…

It’s no harder to perform good habits as it is to perform not so good habits…

Here’s the deal…

Pick one new habit you want to create and do it daily for 30 consecutive days…

It’s not about quantity it’s about regularity to get the habit underway…

Then choose another good habit for 30 days and continue to do until it is safe in your subconscious mind and running on auto pilot…

Now you can start to enjoy all the positive results and outcomes from you automated good habits…

Get uncomfortable because that’s where all the magic happens…
