Creating Good Work Habit is as Easy as Going For a Walk in The Park

What’s one new positive work habit that you don’t have now and you know it could be a game changer at work if you did have it?….

Yes, it’s the one your thinking about right now… and the one you’ve been possibly avoiding for a while…

Is it…

⁃ Start work 30 min earlier…

⁃ Make an extra 10 calls a day…

⁃ Exercise in your lunch break…

⁃ Study, learn a new skill…

⁃ Only say positive things about work colleagues…

I’m sure you can find many activities that you can improve on and choose the one that’s going to have the biggest positive impact…

Once you chose that one thing that you will do make a commitment to yourself to do it for the next 5 business days in a row…

The beauty of developing a new habit is the longer you do it the easier it becomes…

For example…

Last Friday night I decided to go out for a walk in my local neighbourhood which I very rarely do…

I ended up in the big park on the Vinh Homes site, the home of the Landmark 81 building…

I always had a plan to visit the park but never made the time to do it…
