Before we can build the home of our dreams we need to have a blueprint, we need to know exactly what we want in our new home.
We need to know many specific details like the size of the home, how many rooms, materials to be used, single-story or multiple, the list goes on to the minutest details before a blow is struck.
It’s exactly the same with our future self. We need to know whom we want to be is say, 6 months, 1 year, 3 years from now.
If we want our future self to be substantially different…
Let’s face it, these are really challenging times that many of us have been experiencing over the last 18 months. I don’t need to elaborate as you know exactly what I mean.
It’s a major disruption in many ways that we have never seen before in our lifetime. We have experienced 10 years of change on different levels in just a short 18 months.
Are we almost done, are we coming out of it, or is it going to get worst before it gets better?
We all have an opinion, which is normal, and most of us will be behaving…

The world is changing at a rapid rate and that change has accelerated over the last 18 months due to covid. We have experienced 10 years of growth and learning compressed into just 18 months.

John is a computer technician, computer programmer, a real computer nerd. He loves his job and is a master at writing code and understanding all the finer details to do with anything in the backend of a computer.
He has been working for the same company for over 10 years and is enjoying corporate success with his outstanding results, wage increases, and everyone really likes him. He spends his whole day diving into detail, solving technical problems, and coming up with solutions.
His day just flies by, from morning to evening, sitting in the same chair for almost 8–10 hours…
You Are Already Perfect; Just the Way You Are. When I have the very first meeting with a potential client, before we start our coaching program together, I want to know what is going on in their life and how I can support them.
We spend 60–90 minutes together, sharing and talking about their life. Where they lived as children, what it was like growing up, how were your parents, and what did they do for a living.

If that sounds like you, the ability not to say NO, is fraut with danger, especially if we can’t deliver on our promise.
No one wants to fall short of not delivering but at the same time we don’t want to be silenced in delivering an all-powerful NO…
It all started back in Sydney Australia when I was expanding my Steel Construction Company.
I was 110 kilos ( 242 lbs), obese, high blood pressure, aches and pains throughout my body, high cholesterol and my sugar levels were through the roof.
I was sitting at home between Christmas and New Year thinking about the challenges of my business, mindlessly flicking the channels on my big screen TV.
I need to exercise, not sit here and gorge on junk food.
I have a yearly gym membership and have only entered the build once or twice in the last 12 months…
“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and freedom” — Viktor Frankl -
We are the cause of our suffering if we are not proactive to alleviate it through the proper use of our mind.
It’s been a super stressful and busy day at work and as you pull into the driveway, you can’t wait to drop into your favorite chair, kick off your shoes and have a cold ice drink.
Thank goodness everyday isn’t like this…
“Success is a journey, not a destination. The doing is often more important than the outcome.” — Arthur Ashe -
We are all on a journey towards a destination. That destination could be to the kitchen to grab a cup of coffee or to climb the summit of mount Everest.
We may have a goal to purchase a new car, start our own business, travel to another country, change careers or get married and have a family. …
